We have a new feature launched!  In addition to standard %, sets and reps, you can now program using time, distance, add a specified RPE, tempo, desired VBT speed, or even program using % ranges or rep ranges!

This will allow you to further fine tune your programming for your athletes.  As always, you can change these at any time on any week to week basis, so youll never have to sacrifice the programming for your athletes.

This is also reflected in the athletes mobile app and weight room view app.
